Fishing and hunting are BOTH still permitted in regional Victoria at the moment. I just called the DHHS hotline to seek official information about REGIONAL Victoria's stage 3 rules.
Starting this Wednesday;
*We CAN still go fishing. We MUST adhear to all social distancing rules and regulations such as wearing a mask, the number of people we can fish with etc...
*We MUST stay OUT of Metropolitan Melbourne (All of Melbourne)
*We must remain in Regional Victoria, which means that we can not travel interstate.
*Hunting is also allowed, the exact same rules apply.

I called the hotline twice to get a second opinion just to make sure that the information that I am giving is correct.
