3. How do you stop having bad income months as a Realtor?
Real estate is not easy, there are ups and downs.
90 days ago is what you are earning today. - plan in advance
Save for a rainy day - be prepared, being consistent is important, during summer when you earn more, you can save more money. Be consistent and clear minded (allow someone you know and trust to help guide you)
Pay down debts
Work on larger transactions - make each transaction count. Have more experience in expensive properties
Out of town referrals - if you are licensed just in Texas, don't worry, you can create referrals, help in the process and get the commission .
