1: hotel confirmation from SHAplus with QR code
2: insurance cover your stay
And cover 100,000 usd Covid
3: flight details
4 passport and photo
5 valid visa
6 address in Thailand
7: vaccines passport
8. RT PCr 3 test to be pre-paid

COE process ll take about 3/5 days in general

Phuket sandbox model open for
1. Tourist who fully vaccinated & has certificated of Vaccines approved by WHO
2. Must Have Covid test within 72 hrs before departure
3. Must book and paidf accommodation for 14 Nights ( if you continue your trip in Thailand ) 14 nights accomoodation is applied under SHA Plus sign
you can split into 2 hotels
For those who plan theor trip to stay at Phuket only there is no minimum require
4. Insuracne Covid cover 100,000 Baht
5. COE certificate of Entry ( must apply now waiting for documents require )
6: 1 test on day 5 & day 12 during your stay

*** UPdated on June 08 June Phi Phi Island & Phang Nga is not allowed at this stage **

If you are travellign with Childrem
Child age under 6 yrs old no vaccinated it fine
children age of 6-18 yrs old must do Antigen test at airport on arrival
